Singing songs across Perth’s boutique and beautiful hotels, restaurants, bars, and destination venues across Western Australia.
Live music,
designed to breathe.
Thoughtfully curated and sonically warm, Rachel O’Brien shapes atmosphere through sound. An energetic infusion that elevates the mood and memory of a space, inviting people to stay a little longer, listen deeper, and connect.
Designed sound. Felt experience.
Live music that shapes the memory of a space.
Minimal sound. Maximal resonance.
One voice, one guitar. Crafted for intimacy, elegance, and sonic warmth.
Creativity beyond sound.
A background in design and events brings a discerning aesthetic sensibility to every performance.
Drawing from the golden tones of old soul, jazz, folk, and pop, Rachel O’Brien reimagines familiar songs with quiet warmth, charm, and soul. One voice, one guitar, and a resonant room.
For nearly a decade, Rachel has performed across boutique hotels, private clubs, weddings, and corporate events throughout Western Australia. Before returning to solo work, she ran a boutique music agency, curating acts from nine-piece show bands to acoustic duos for high-end clients and destination events.
A trained guitarist and bassist, Rachel studied at WAAPA (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts), where she refined her ear and technique.
Outside of music, Rachel is also a creative strategist, working across brand, design, and experience. Her multidisciplinary eye brings perspective to how music shapes and elevates an environment. Her broader creative life extends that same artistry, moving fluidly between sound, space, and emotion.
Every performance is more than ambience. It’s a canvas for memory, connection, and feeling.
